By accessing or using the Global Traders website and related enquiry channels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services operated by Global Traders (“we”, “us”, or “our”), based at 1st Floor Najum Building, Small Industrial Estate, Peshawar, KPK, Pakistan.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

Global Traders provides industrial equipment and materials sourcing solution providers, together with related trade coordination, documentation support, and process visibility between buyers, sellers, and our team.

We act as a coordination and sourcing intermediary. We are not a bank, money services business, escrow agent, custodian, payment processor, insurer, or law firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, customs, or investment advice.

When you submit a sourcing enquiry, trade request, registration form, or message through our channels, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

• Review: We may review, accept, decline, or request clarification before progressing any request.
• No obligation: Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a binding supply or agency contract unless confirmed in writing.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for yourself or the business you represent.

You agree to use the website and services lawfully and professionally. You must not:

• upload false documents or misrepresent product specifications;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
• use the platform for fraud, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity;
• interfere with website security, performance, or other users.

Commercial information shared for sourcing or trade coordination should be treated as confidential by all parties, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

We may share deal information with authorised participants involved in your trade workspace as needed to deliver the service.

The website design, branding, software, and content owned by Global Traders remain our property. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse our materials without prior written permission.

Documents and specifications you upload remain yours (or your licensors’). You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the requested services.

Price, quantity, quality, Incoterms, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment arrangements are commercial terms between the buyer and seller (and any other contracting parties).

Global Traders may help record and coordinate those terms but does not automatically become a party to the underlying sale contract unless expressly agreed in a separate signed agreement.

Any payment milestone shown on the platform is a workflow status for coordination and visibility only, unless a licensed financial partner is expressly connected.

We do not hold client funds by default and do not guarantee that counterparties will pay or perform. You remain responsible for arranging lawful payment channels with your counterparties and financial institutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Traders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of our services or reliance on platform information.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of any claim relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Traders and its staff from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, inaccurate information, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or commercial protections that apply.
